Qualifications

I own the franchise for Australian Mortgage Brokers in Perth, Southern Suburbs.  

I have been in the banking business since 1996 particularly in the lending environment and, as such, I am well versed with lenders mindset, policies and procedures. 

I have an MBA in Banking & Finance and am an Accredited Finance Broker in Western Australia.  As a member of the MFAA, I must adhere to the Industry Code of Practice which requires professionalism, ethical behaviour, transparency and a commitment to you, the borrower.

I am also a member of the Credit Ombudsman Services Ltd (COSL), an independent dispute resolution service.

I am committed to the business and maintaining professional subscriptions.   I attend all lender updates as this is my way of staying abreast with the ever changing lending environment. This will enable me to give the most up to date advice to you, the borrower.

I  use the latest computer software to help you choose from over 200 products from many of Australias best know banks, building societies and non-bank lenders.    This will save you time and money from shopping around.   You do not need to approach any lenders directly as I will be able to furnish all the required product details to enable you to make a sound decision.   I can also provide comparison from all these products in the market.

I am happy to meet you at your place of convenience and to explain your options and to help you decide whats best for you.  As Im paid by the lenders, this service is provided to you at absolutely no cost to you at all.
