I own the franchise for Australian Mortgage Brokers for North and Central Queensland, which includes Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone and the western areas of Central Queensland. I have worked as a mortgage broker since 1997. During that time I have been accredited with many of the leading home loan providers in Australia and as a result have a thorough understanding of many lenders policies and procedures.
I am an Accredited Mortgage Consultant and member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). Members of the MFAA must adhere to an industry Code of Practice which requires professionalism, ethical behaviour, transparency and a commitment to you, the borrower. I am a member of the Credit Ombudsman Services Limited (COSL), an independent dispute resolution service, and I also maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance.
I am committed to continue my professional development by subscribing to industry relevant publications, attending training conferences and seminars as well as participating in regular meetings with lender representatives discussing new loan products and procedures.

I am happy to explain your options and you can decide what you want to do. If that means you decide not to proceed with a loan application, well thats ok too and it hasnt cost you anything. Not only do I save you a lot of your precious time, I do it at no extra cost to you because I am paid by the Lender you choose to finance with and it doesnt cost you any more than if you approached them directly.
I will also save you more time and headaches by completing all the loan paperwork, liaising with your Real Estate Agent, and your conveyancer or Solicitor, as well as working with you to resolve any queries or challenges that may occur along the way. I will maintain ongoing contact with you throughout the loan application process to ensure you are kept fully informed every step of the way.
