I own the franchise for Australian Mortgage Brokers in Melbourne Bayside South East & have more than 34 years experience working in the finance industry, many of these as a Mortgage Broker so I understand lender policies and procedures very well.
I am an Accredited Mortgage Consultant and member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). Members of the MFAA must adhere to an industry Code of Practice which requires professionalism, ethical behavior, transparency and a commitment to you, the borrower.
I am a member of the Credit Ombudsman Services Limited (COSL), an independent dispute resolution service, and I also maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance.
I am committed to continue my professional development by subscribing to industry relevant publications and participating in regular meetings with lender representatives discussing new loan products and procedures.
I use the latest computer software to help you choose from over 200 products from many of Australias best known banks, building societies and non-bank lenders. I save you the hassle of shopping around. Why approach a bank directly and limit your options to their standard suite of in-house loans? Who says they have the best deal for you anyway? I maintain relationships with more than 20 lenders and have details of all their loan products at my fingertips so I can compare them in an instant and find the most suitable loan to suit your circumstances. Can you imagine how long it would take you to do that yourself?
I am happy to explain your options and you can decide what you want to do. If that means you decide not to proceed with a loan application, well thats ok too and it hasnt cost you anything. Not only do I save you a lot of your precious time, I do it at no extra cost to you because I am paid by the Lender you choose to finance with and it doesnt cost you any more than if you approached them directly.
I will also save you more time and headaches by completing all the loan paperwork, liaising with your Real Estate Agent and Conveyancer as appropriate, and working with you to resolve any queries or problems that may occur along the way. I will maintain ongoing contact with you throughout the loan application process to ensure you are kept fully informed every step of the way.
