By way of introduction my name is Kim Brisbane and I own and operate the Australian Mortgage Brokers Melbourne Whitehorse & Boroondara franchise (established in February 2009).

The guidelines of the MFAA and COSL specify conduct of a professional, ethical and transparent nature and I hold professional indemnity insurance as reassurance of my service.
My formal qualifications include a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering and Certificate in Financial Services. My career history includes executive positions at a corporate level, business analysis and advice at a small business level, and professional mortgage consultancy.
I understand the importance of knowing my customer and have relevant life experience across my full suite of services.
My service includes personal consultation and/or referrals to related specialists for:

I have access to many of Australias best known bank and non-bank lenders and save my clients the daunting task of shopping around for the best and most suitable deal. I use a real time computer application to immediately compare and recommend the latest products.
Existing client profiles include owner occupiers, investors, first and subsequent home buyers, investors, commercial real estate buyers, clients looking for construction, business or equipment finance and clients looking to refinance existing loans. I also offer a pre-approval service for those home buyers seeking to have their financial situation assessed prior to entering into any purchase negotiations.
My service is free of charge as I am paid by way of a fully disclosed commission from the lender only when a deal proceeds.
The consultation and application process includes:
An initial appointment to establish personal objectives / present high level options
A detailed appointment to prepare the application
Liaison with the Lender/Real Estate agent/Legal representative on behalf of the client
Provision of regular updates throughout the application lifecycle
Ongoing client communication after the loan settles
Continual access to cater for any change in circumstance/future needs
With todays busy lifestyles I offer flexible appointment times both within and outside business hours so I am available to meet at the time and location of my clients convenience.
