Qualifications
I own the franchise for Australian Mortgage Brokers Adelaide Eastern Suburbs region. I have more than 18 years experience working in the finance industry, both in Europe and Australia. I previously worked for several Banks as a Credit Manager making loan decisions every day, so I understand lender policies and procedures very well.
I am an award winning mortgage broker, having won Australian Mortgage Brokers Broker of the Year in 2009, and regularly feature as one of the top ten business writers within the group.
I have worked as a mortgage broker since 2005 and have personally written over $100,000,000 in loans. During that time I have been accredited with many of the leading home loan providers in Australia and as a result have a thorough understanding of many lenders policies and procedures.
I am an Accredited Mortgage Consultant and member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). Members of the MFAA must adhere to an industry Code of Practice which requires professionalism, ethical behaviour, transparency and a commitment to you, the borrower. I am a member of the Credit Ombudsman Services Limited (COSL), an independent dispute resolution service, and I also maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance.
I am committed to continue my professional development by subscribing to industry relevant publications, attending training conferences and seminars as well as participating in regular meetings with lender representatives discussing new loan products and procedures.

I maintain relationships with more than 20 lenders and have details of all their loan products at my fingertips so I can compare them in an instant and help you find the most suitable loan for your circumstances. Can you imagine how long it would take you to do that yourself?
I am happy to explain your options and you can decide what you want to do. If that means you decide not to proceed with a loan application, well thats ok too and it hasnt cost you anything. Not only do I save you a lot of your precious time, I do it at no extra cost to you because I am paid by the Lender you choose to finance with and it doesnt cost you any more than if you approached them directly.
I will also save you more time and headaches by completing all the loan paperwork, liaising with your Real Estate Agent, and your conveyancer or Solicitor, as well as working with you to resolve any queries or challenges that may occur along the way. I will maintain ongoing contact with you throughout the loan application process to ensure you are kept fully informed every step of the way.
