I own the franchise for Australian Mortgage Brokers (AMB) in Perth CBD and Western Suburbs.

I continue to enjoy a 30 year working career which has been centred on the property and asset management industries and includes broad experience in valuation, finance, property and land development, and business management.

My formal qualifications and accreditations include:

AMB's Mortgage Match data base is updated daily with the latest mortgage products, terms and conditions from a panel of over 20 leading banks, building societies and non bank lending institutions.

My experience as a lender, a borrower, and as a broker supported by AMB's information and systems technology, will quickly guide you to the loan products that satisfy your requirements and circumstances.

Importantly, the fee for my service is paid by the lender when the loan is settled. There is no cost saving to you by dealing direct with the lenders - only a limited choice of products.

In addition to professional advice and access to compare products from the major lenders, here's what i provide for you at no extra cost:

*Save a huge amount of time and confusion sourcing and researching suitable loan products.

*The loan application paperwork supplied, completed and submitted - in many cases electronically.

*A complete schedule of all the personal and other support documentation required to accompany the loan application and to complete settlement.

*Tracking of you loan application through to approval and settlement including liaising with real estate and settlement agents.

*24/7 mobile phone and internet access to me personally - not a 1300 number.

*Regular review of your loan after settlement to make sure it continues to be the loan product most suited to your needs.
