Qualifications

I am the franchisee for Australian Mortgage Brokers Sydney Hills and Parramatta. I have more than 11 years experience working in the finance industry and previously worked for a major funds management company in Australia, where I was a business analyst from the age of 19. I also have a diploma in financial planning and was a financial planner for two years before deciding to focus on my lending business.

I have worked as a mortgage broker since 2003 and have personally written over $100,000,000 in residential home loans. During that time I have been accredited with many of the leading home loan providers in Australia and as a result have a thorough understanding of these lenders policies and procedures.

I am an Accredited Mortgage Consultant and a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). Members of the MFAA must adhere to a strict industry Code of Practice which requires professionalism, ethical behaviour, transparency and a commitment to you, the borrower. I am a member of the Credit Ombudsman Services Limited (COSL), an independent dispute resolution service, and I also maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance.

I am committed to continuing my professional development by subscribing to relevant industry publications, attending training conferences and seminars, as well as participating in regular meetings with lender representatives discussing new loan products and procedures.

The vast majority of home owners will only ever be involved in a handful of home loan applications in their lifetime whereas I am dealing with home loan applications every day. I am regularly dealing with multiple lenders and have seen hundreds of different scenarios from helping first home owners purchase their first home to helping investors purchase multiple properties, sometimes through complex company and trust structures.

I see my role as your mortgage professional as being someone that you not only trust has your current and future financial goals in mind but is easily contactable at all times, keeping you informed of changes and enhancements within the industry that may be of benefit to you.
