If you have found a property already, I can assist you to choose an appropriate home loan and lender, and complete the home loan application process.

I will also save you more time and headaches by completing all the loan paperwork, liaising with your Real Estate Agent and Conveyancer as appropriate, and working with you to resolve any queries or problems that may occur along the way. I can also assist you to apply for the First Home Owner Grant, if you are eligible.
